UE updates its list of standards for presumption of conformity with toys safety directive

The EU has changed its list of standards for presumption of conformity with the Toy Safety Directive which entered into force on 5th April 2023.

On 5th April 2023, the European Union (EU) issued Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/740 with the latest list of toy safety standards demonstrating presumption of conformity with Directive 2009/48/EC.
