The controlled release of drugs is also tackled using electrospinning technology. By adding metal, inorganic nanoparticles and pharmacological compounds, we obtain a product with a specific function, on a highly efficient distribution vehicle. These products have very good projections as drug release systems, anti-bacterial agents or catalysts for electrochemical reactions.
