The new standard, ASTM 3340-18 now provides thermal resistance values for insulation against the cold that a camping mattress offers to the user. AITEX has added this new test to its portfolio of services this year.

In the last year, there has been a 525% increase in the number of consumers demanding products with OEKO-TEX® certification, which has issued 24,205 certificates and labels guaranteeing that production processes and methods are approved by accredited bodies.

AITEX currently carries out both laboratory and on-site testing. All tests are accredited for quality assurance.

More than 21 companies presented their projects this time around, in the categories of Innovation and Sustainability. AITEX awarded a total of 30,000 euros: a first prize of 10,000 euros and a second prize of 5,000 in each category.
