MOTIVATION
In order to guarantee the competitive intelligence of AITEX and, by extension, that of the companies of the Valencian Community with which the Technological Institute works, the study and pre-design of an approach that can guarantee an effective technology transfer from the Institute has been developed over the past year.
The design of this new approach considered two key aspects: on the one hand, the knowledge transfer models currently used by organisations, administrations, centres and institutions at regional, national and European level; and on the other, the most relevant technical, economic, social and legislative factors and indicators in technology transfer processes.
Thus, it was concluded that technology procurement processes are an essential source of ideas for the creation and gradual incorporation of technological innovation opportunities in any company enabling technology integration to impact its business model and profitability.
OBJECTIVES
- Facilitate the promotion of knowledge transfer from AITEX to companies in the Valencian Community and provide the private sector with valuable and innovative solutions.
EXPECTED RESULTS
TRANSFIERE proposes an approach that ensures the transfer of the Institute’s results in technological R&D technology to the market.
The design of the approach model of knowledge transfer represents one of AITEX’s main aspirations within the area of R&D projects, gaining vital importance for the business fabric of the Valencian Community, on which the Institute is founded.
The aims of TRANSFIERE and the activities carried out within its framework are aimed at improving the knowledge transfer process from AITEX’s R&D areas to the private sector.
This project is funded by the Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, Sectors Productius, Comerç i Treball de la Generalitat Valenciana, through IVACE.
